I'm really surprised that it hasn't been that great; I figured Morrison would have no problem writing awesome Batman stories. With that...I was so looking forward to Batman #666. With that number and Morrison as the writer, I thought he was going to churn out something special. <BR/><BR/>The book didn't only leave me cold, but it didn't make much sense to me at all. The whole Damien thing is a decent idea, but it's just felt really forced to me so far. <BR/><BR/>I love Bats and I love Morrison, and I love Morrison on Bats (JLA era Morrison Bats was fantastic), but this run?
